This is a Pioneer drive and can't be flashed with Makemkv. You would need to have access to Windows. If so PM me or post again since you are too new.

@coopervid - thank you so much for the reply. I tried to PM you but would not let me. I would love any assistance to UHD working on my drive I do have access to windows.

Coopervid is right; that drive can't be flashed with MakeMKV.

However, in the general case, to execute that command on a Mac, you have to have MakeMKV installed and have already changed directories to
