Recommendation for best (most reliable and versatile) LibreDrive for 2024?
Re: Recommendation for best (most reliable and versatile) LibreDrive for 2024?
I have a WH16NS60 with patched firmware that has been reliable up until the past couple of weeks (SCSI errors, drive goes missing, midway through the backup). I'm looking for 5.25" and external replacements in the U.S. Thanks!

Hi, is there a way to get a drive in France ? Thank you.

Hi,
this is my first post, I really admire how this community helps each other to achieve a common goal!
I live in Germany and am, as a student, on a tight-ish budget. It's my birthday soon and I've been thinking about gifting myself a new drive (external, if possible 4K/UHD).
I've kind of been eyeing the BDR-XD07TS from asmcom, which is rather affordable, but international shipping is quite expensive even without import tax.
Does anybody have a recommendation for a local seller (perhaps in PM)?
Thanks!

I heard about reliability issues with these, that's why I had the second cheapest in mind ... are those issues perhaps resolved as of now?

Hi, I'm in the US. Can I get a PM for a recommendation for an external bluray drive, possibly USB3.0? I don't need UHD unless the price difference is negligible. Is there one from Amazon that is either ready to go out the box or easy to flash? Thanks in advance.

Hey @Coopervid.
You seem to know a lot of LibreDrive Compatible drives.
Can you PM me some Models?
Im living in Germany and I am trying to rip my 4k BluRay collection.
I don't really Care about the size of the Drive.
USB would be preffered tho.
Thanks in advance!
