HL-DT-ST BD-RE WH16NS40 - Patch/Not Patch

Greetings!
I have an WH16NS40 and I wanna know if this one I have is able to be patched with LibreDrive.

While I understand that WH16NS40 should be on "MT1959" drive platform to be patched, this one I have is on MT1939.
Is there any other way I should consider patching it or this one shouldn't be patched?
Any help would be appreciated.
