Thank you for that info. I tried that and it worked. I have created a symlink in the .MakeMKV folder pointing to the keydb file it creates and set the synchronize batch file to run daily. I appreciate the assist on this.

Just bought the combo 4KUHD/Blu-ray of "Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory" (version with Gene Wilder)
No problem with the Blu-ray
However MakeMKV rejects the 4K version "unknown key"
Of course, the keydb.cfg file has been downloaded and stored in the MakeMKV folder
Any help would be appreciated

Did you email your dump file to svq@makemkv.com? Post the name of the dump file on the forum.
