How Long Does It Take To Receive License Key After Purchase

New here in this forum.
Appears I’m having the same issue.
It’s been over 24h now after I purchased the license.

Looks like from what I’ve read in this thread that sensing an email to support@makemkv.com does not get it done…

What is the “official” corse of action to take to get this resolved? Does anybody know?

"Official" course of action is to make sure you haven't received the message, first. Check spam folders. If your mail service just doesn't deliver what it thinks is spam, find out if they've blocked anything in the last 24 hours. Generally, the message will be in your inbox within 15 minutes of registering, rarely more than an hour.

Second step is to contact the email address you have. It gets answered when Mike is online, which might not (probably isn't) instantaneously. There have been a number of people mention they got the message "very soon" after contacting Mike.
