I assume Mike is a busy man, took around a week for the Nun 2 to get fixed!
Tried again tonight and it failed again.

Nope - still getting volume key unknown error message on this one.

If it helps I used AnyDVD in the end to get this 4k version ripped.

Still failing, I've never had a disk take this long to be unlocked previously after sending a dump file through..
Don't get me wrong, I can assume some work needs doing by people/persons and therefore I'm not trying to moan or be a dick - is there anything I can do to help or speed this process up?

Is this defiantly a "key" issue?

Using LibreDrive mode (v01.0 id=F1ED73020654)
Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.

Reason I ask is that I posted/emailed two other (different) dump files less than 48 hrs ago and both have now decoded, whereas this disc is still failing weeks later?

Right I have now done an encrypted backup of this disk (stored on my external SSD) to make it easier to periodically check to see if this disc has been unlocked - which it still hasn't..
There must be something specific with this disk and its bump file that is causing such a delay, the other dumps that I have sent have been unlock in the usual 2-3 day time frame?

I know that a lot of forum members get bored to tears answering the same newb questions, over and over but what am I missing here?

I have done some reading on AACS2.1, which in fairness I'm still not fully grasping - is this disc another Zombieland issue, should I just return it and get another copy/import copy?

If I'm being dense please feel free to flame me, I won't take offence - it's just getting under my craw now as to why there is such an issue with this title.

Okay, no dice.. Just want to make sure I've actually doing what I need to do correctly before giving up?

Found the FindVuk 1.72 download - https://www.videohelp.com/software/FindVUK
Downloaded it and then ran "FindVUK - Synchronize" - pop up box quickly flashes up and then disappears - too fast to see what if anything it says

Checking C:/user/user/appdata/roaming - I cannot find a folder: AACS or the keydb.cfg file motioned (unhidden all folder/files)

After much messing about, I managed to follow your instructions and get the AACS file to load into AppData, copied this to .MakeMkv re-ran the "Backup" of M3GAN and it has failed again..

I will try the physical disc later tonight but I don't hold out any hope of it working. All said I would like to thank you @Coopervid for trying to assist me with this today.

One UHD version is supported. Maybe this is not.

With the help of another forum member we have come to the conclusion that this disc isn’t anything special and the Key is in the dump file that I have already sent to the SVQ email address.
For whatever reason this just hasn’t been updated in the database yet, so it’s a waiting game for the required update to be completed.

I will send the file as a One Drive link just in case it’s not getting through for some reason.

As a side note, I have also tried AnyDVD as suggested earlier and it also failed there as well.
