Good morning. Quick question on The Equalizer 3. I wasn't expecting it to read the disc since it was a new release but it found three titles. Is there a way to determine which is the correct one to view? This is the normal 4k Blu Ray disc purchased via retail.
I did a search on the run-time at it returns 1 49 minutes which the FPL_MainFeature seems to match. I've not watched it yet so figured I'd ask. I was expecting a dump to send in and do not know what the SEG_FPL or FPL tags are. I'm guessing auto name of some sort but I don't recall.
The Equalizer 3 - 16 chapter(s) 49.4 GB (SEG_FPL_MainFeature_BLK01)
Duration 1:42:29
Source file name: 00001
The Equalizer 3 - 15 chapter(s) 50.7 GB (FPL_MainFeature)
Duration: 1:48:57
Source file name: 00853
The Equalizer 3, 49.4 GB
Duration: 1:42:29
Source file: 0001

Re: Equalizer 3
The last one has no chapters, so you probably don't want that. Both of the other titles have 16 chapters on my disc. They appear to have identical video specs and identical audio tracks/languages.
I don't know which is correct or why there are even 2 playlists.

Re: Equalizer 3
i literally had the same question... i ended up ripping both files...
the 1:42:29 file is the movie with no credits... while the 1:48:57 file is the movie with full credits...
i cant recall coming across this before on a 4K disc...
Re: Equalizer 3
Thank you both. I've not had a chance to watch it yet so this helps. Usually when a disc arrives the first day it isn't able to be viewed until someone gets a file sent in. So when it opened I was a bit surprised.
Thanks again and have a good day.

Since the 2nd ones length (1:48:57) matched what the movie showed in my UHD Player, that is the one I ripped.
