Hey All,
What would be the firmware to use that will allow me to use MakeMKV, and also DVDFab's ISO creator? I'm aware that I can do a disk backup with MakeMKV, but I would like the option to just create an ISO in DVDFab. My drive information is below. Thanks!

Thank you. I was able to flash the firmware with that version. Is this of concern or will it limit me in anyway - Firmware type: Original (unpatched)?

Re: BU40N Firmware for both MakeMKV and DVDFab
I recently updated the BU40N to 1.04 (modded).
I am getting hash errors on the main title stream file for a disc (the new Beatles Get Back).
Would moving to an earlier firmware be helpful in getting things to work better? If so, which firmware should I use?

1.04-MK sucks!!! DE 1.00 is the best followed by 1.03-MK.originalsnuffy wrote: ↑Thu Jul 14, 2022 4:03 amI recently updated the BU40N to 1.04 (modded).

Re: BU40N Firmware for both MakeMKV and DVDFab
Makemkv reports the following: BD-RE-HL-DT-ST BD-RE BU40N 1.01 MZFL4T91101.
The drive seems to be ripping blue rays pretty well. I am currently ripping Star Trek the original Series. Will I encounter any problems with this drive?
