audio probs

hi guys can someone please help me have just been trying to run the mummy returns uncut (hd-dvd) through mkv and every time i do it iam getting german audio even though the only audio that is picked is english ?? in the main movie as in photo below ??? anyone know what iam doing wrong please

You may be doing nothing wrong ;>}

The disc production company may have mislabeled the sequence of the audiostreams.

Play the original HD-DVD and sequentially select and note the order of playback of each of the listed languages...

Are you sure it's German? It ought to be Japanese.
