I also can confirm garbled scenes on 71. 832 looks good at those times.
I've also checked my disc and can confirm

Since everyone's mentioning the NA version, I just wanted to confirm that the UK disc looks the same, that is tons of playlists, most fake, pointing to garbled footage or using incorrect order of the segments.

That said, I've watched those segments and can confirm that playlist 832 (the one with segments 511 504 501 500 503 502 509 508 510) is also correct on the UK disc... assuming it's actually a different release. They could be the same, but just putting it out there in case someone from the EU wonders.

First UHD disc I've seen with an enormous amount of multiple titles (216 for the 4K titles). Non-4K titles write fine, the rest give the same errors below. Tried this disc on 4 different drives (2 WH16NS60s and 2 WH16NS40s: all on MK 1.03)

Will probably chalk this up to a bad disc...

Code: Select all

For anyone curious, I resolved this by temporarily disabling unlimited speed for UHD media on the WH16NS60.
Having the same issue with a WH16NS40. limiting the speed doesn't help, it's a brand new disc with no scratches. Not sure what's going on.

This thread helped me find the correct playlist - Thanks! I have documented the correct tracks for the US release here: https://thediscdb.com/movie/requiem-for ... 4k/discs/2 for future reference (and if you are interested in bonus features or chapter names)
