Hello all,
I was wondering if you could help me out.
I've just got a LG-WH16NS60 and it's been acting weird.
So I've contacted Newegg and they couldn't do anything because the 30-day window passed by a week or so.
Does anyone has any experience with the RMA to LG? How does it work? When will I get a new drive? Does it work outside US?
Thank you!

Just buy a new one from new egg and return your old one as the new I have done it through LG first they will tell you newegg is not an authorized reseller so you have no warranty then Once you convince them they have to honor the warranty it will take about 2 months and that was before virus so it might be worse nowDigitalJockey wrote: ↑Mon Apr 26, 2021 3:15 pmHello all,

But, wait, don't they check serial number or manufacturing date?
