Where did you get this disc? There's no such thing as a commercial Blu-ray disc containing .IFO and .BUP files...

Woah. Waaaaaaaaay lack of sleep on my end -- it's a DVD.

Sounds like the disc is either dirty or physically damaged. Try cleaning it...
