Hi there, I could not get SMB working on Kodi 19 either. I am using the DV modified Kodi and it works like a charm on Nvidia Shield for both MEL and FEL MKV DV files.

What program have you used for NFS sharing on Windows 10 ? I could not get it to fully work - I was able to visualize the files on Kodi via NFS share, but they would not play...

WinNFSd command line util, and I had to specify an alias and set the adress manually in Kodi.

I've tested the Ugoos AM6 Plus media player (Amlogic S922X-J), and it seems, the internal player correctly processing the Full Enhancement Layer from DTDL mp4 file!

I'm tried with Kodi 19 custom build and working same with the P7 STDL mkv too!

Are you sure? It supports lossless audio passthrough in CoreELEC, but in Android I have only seen people complain that lossless audio passthrough doesn't work due to a bug from Amlogic. The MINIX NEO U22X-J, which also runs on the S922X-J, has the exact same problem, which they are also waiting on Amlogic to resolve.

Can you personally confirm that TrueHD/DTS-HD MA is being passed through on the AM6 Plus in Android (e.g. with a picture/video of the front display of your receiver showing TrueHD/DTS-HD MA)?

Yes, it seems Plex the best option.
These are working fine:
- Profile 5 STSL mp4
- Profile 7 STDL MEL/FEL mkv
- Profile 7 STDL MEL/FEL mp4

He has the HDfury Vertex which can tell if it's lldv or tv-led DV.

Ok thanks, well as far as I know, LLDV if it's well made doesn't have to be worst than TV-LED.

The quality I observe in FEL files playback is really good, but I don't have any reference to compare with.

Most people I have come across with LG OLED prefer TV led, myself included.

Did you test the scene in Total Recall?
