Get it several times a day. Just refresh a couple of times.

I'm getting them a LOT, primarily because I'm here often and open a lot of messages in quick succession. For a while, I thought it involved how many guest users were hitting the site at the same time, but it might be a shared host, and OTHER sites on it are getting busy.
