Did you get anywhere with this?

Yes, did you ever get anywhere with this?
Wait, sorry, looks like I'm in the 4K thread.
I have the same issue with the blu-ray.

Re: 21 Jump Street (2012) (US)
There are enough device keys and host certificates in circulation that ordinary BluRays "should just work"... unless maybe you are having network problems? Can you post the messages that MakeMKV writes to its output window please?
Re: 21 Jump Street (2012) (US)
It's just the message that the volume key is not known for the title. I submitted a dump for it.
I was a bit surprised by it considering its age. About 1/4 of my collection (maybe 100 titles) was still in Blu-ray folder structure since I used to use an older Dune player that played full menus. I finally got around to converting them all to mkv, with the exception of this one title.

Can you post the full name of the dump file here please? AFAIK svq@makemkv.com is only for UHD disks.

MKB_v30_21_Jump_Street_(2012)_56B2.tgz - I sent it to the support@makemkv.com address.MrPenguin wrote: ↑Sun Aug 25, 2024 10:54 pmCan you post the full name of the dump file here please? AFAIK svq@makemkv.com is only for UHD disks.
I don't really need it now though. I was able to just throw the .m2ts file into mkvtoolknix and put it in an mkv container.
