I feel like I'm getting closer to converting a DV .MP4 I have to a working .mkv but I feel like I'm missing something or something isn't working. I'm on OSX for what it's worth. What I'm doing is:
Open DV .MP4 with MKVToolNix 51.0.0, multiplex to .mkv, this displays in latest mediainfo as

The info for the 2nd track is garbage but in theory this should be fine, just open it with newest MakeMKV and watch the magic happen, as far as I understand. When I do this, the resulting video info shows as:

I'm not sure what exactly is happening or what I'm not understanding. The resulting file doesn't seem to include the extra 1Mb/s bitrate from the EL, and it's also larger on the disk than the source file, and needless to say, doesn't trigger DV in Plex.
