Clerks (1994) 15th Anni blu-ray gives AACS error
I've tried ripping two different copies of this disc and both tell me it uses a newer AACS and can't rip. But the disc is 10 years old now. This is the only disc I've had this error for and I've ripped tons of discs including very new titles. Is there something I can do to solve this? Thanks

Did MakeMKV generate a TGZ dump file for this disk? Perhaps share it here so that people can examine it?rnranimal wrote: ↑Tue Apr 15, 2025 2:11 amI've tried ripping two different copies of this disc and both tell me it uses a newer AACS and can't rip. I must say I'm ignorant to what that is and my quick googling of it didn't really clear it up. I'm on Mac. Is there a place I can look to see if it generated this file? In the program, it did ask me to submit this title and when I clicked on the link, it brought me to a thank you page at this site.Did MakeMKV generate a TGZ dump file for this disk? MakeMKV writes its TGZ dump files into its "data directory". You can see which directory this is by looking in MakeMKV's "Preferences" dialog.
Specifically, the View/Preferences/General tab.
