I've done the searching and I've sent AACS dump files (both discs of the 2 disc set are afflicted) to svq@makemkv.com per current other posts and prior instances. It's been 18 days. The discs are both bluray discs in Goblin Slayer Season II. Ordered from Amazon (US) early Feb 2025.
How long is this supposed to take? Prior requests did not take so long. Is there some new process I have not discovered? Here's the output from makemkv for the disc:

This is not a UHD disk, and so I would expect it to "just work". The svq@makemkv.com email address is for UHD disks.
Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. C:/MKVDATADIR/ in your case), and then restarting MakeMKV?

That it was not a UHD and the process seemed...'off' because of that had not escaped me. But I was/am confounded and am in the 'spaghetti->wall' phase.

Indeed I have. All of the above, just prior to bothering the forum here with my post. I even fired up a wsl session and grep'd on the disc name. I see the various titles but nothing matching my discs IDs. I don't know the 'magic' wrt the fields 5 on so I was/am at an impasse.

Please advise.

Can you show us the disc structure in windows explorer? I'm wondering if these are bootleg blu-ray discs and may be missing the AACS folder?
All blu-ray discs should work without issue unless it has a very new AACS revision? What AACS revision does MakeMKV say the disc has?
Cheers

They do not appear to be bootleg and they do have the AACS folder w/the standard/generally expected files therein.

Would you mind powering off your computer and drives entirely before regenerating those two dump files? If you could then upload them to a file host (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive etc) and post the link here it would be very helpful. It would also be great if you could zip up and provide the complete 'AACS' folders from both discs.

OK, so those discs have AACS revision 81. I'm not exactly sure what the highest revision MakeMKV is compatible with. I think it might also be 81, in which case they should work.
Cheers
