Then host it on the internet somewhere and post a link to it for the Public KeyDB.

Doesn't KEYDB already contain an entry for MKB_v82_The_Human_League_-_Dare_29BA.tgz?:

Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

The updated KeyDB file worked for me too, many thanks to all concerned
