Hi. I've just tried mine and got the same problem. I tried updating makemkv but no change. Did you do something different to get it working?

Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

That's a little bit too technically advanced for me - will this be addressed in the next version of MakeMKV?
