A password protected 143MB .jar file is an unusual thing to post a link to.

If you're having trouble with MakeMKV with this blu-ray, why not just copy & paste into a post the MakeMKV log of the attempt to rip the disc?

this is where i will put all information requested to open disc i cannot open i will put the MKB RO inf and MKB RW inf and UNIT KEY RO inf foe all discs i cannot open
