HK files not downloading

With the exception of the actual name of the media itself, I have been getting this error since June 13th, when John Wick Chapter 4 came out. It has continued with EVERY 4K media I attempt to rip. Blu-ray versions of the same title (specifically John Wick Chapter 4) work perfectly fine.
Automatic SDF downloading is disabled or failed.
Using LibreDrive mode (v06.3 id=64754CF46FCA)
Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Downloading latest HK to /Users/bark2995/Library/MakeMKV ...
Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed.
Saved AACS dump file as /Users/bark2995/Library/MakeMKV/MKB20_v77_TIME_BANDITS_43C6.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc
I am at a loss to understand what is happening and what to do about it.
I have confirmed internet access it turned on in the app.
I have verified that permissions are on via the macOS software (Ventura 13.4)
Read/write permissions have been turned on all the way up the chain right to the end user volume.
I used to rely on this program because it was reliable and it worked with a minimum of fuss and bother.
Unfortunately, I can no longer say that either is applicable now.
Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I'm open to trying almost anything.
