Need service for Pioneer BDR-X13JX

Can anyone help me flash/crossflash this drive for MakeMKV to work with UHD?

This should be already UHD enabled. Download the latest SDF.bin and add it to the MakeMKV data directory (where dumps are generated) then power off the drive and restart MakeMKV.

I downloaded the lastest SDF.bin. Placed it where the dumps get generated (i.e. C:\Users\(me)\.MakeMKV)
Did all the tricks for about an hour, in every possible order, i.e. turned off drive for 5+ seconds. Rebooted computer. Restarted MakeMKV. Uninstalled MakeMKV. Deleted .MakeMKV folder. Used BD in drive. Used 4K UHD in drive. Nothing worked.
FW dumped. I sent it.
What do I do now?

Ok, if it generated a FW dump and you've sent it to
support@makemkv.com, now you just have to wait. Check every couple of days for a new SDF.bin.
