Same here. I have not heard anything back after multiple attempts and plenty of time to respond with anything. I'm letting my bank handle it( I sent them copies of all my email attempts etc) and they gave me my money back and are dealing with paypal themselves. I can not recommend him at all. Sad actually as this was the second drive I purchased off of this forum(diff member first time and a couple years ago) and had no problems. Oh well

Placed an order and sent him the money on Feb 28. He still hasn't shipped my drive and won't respond to emails. This sucks.

Then he finally responded to me when I indicated I had found where he lived (all freely and publicly available info). He said he moved to TX from CA and was penniless living in a hotel (someone else he is stiffing) and that he would refund me that Friday when he got paid and he has since ghosted me again.
The BEST thing one can say about Alex Coluzzi is he is unreliable. Just look through this thread. Sure, there are people thanking him. He probably begs for that to try and bury all the negative reviews. He has flaked on others. Seems like he has always EVENTUALLY come through in the past. Some of his "good reviews" are people talking about how slow and unresponsive he is, only to sing his praises when he finally pulled through.
I don't know about the other 3 (or more) people he stiffed recently, but hopefully no one else gives him any business. He doesn't deserve it. And the other folks on here selling their products and services deserve to get his market share.

/Sigh ... I, too, ordered a drive from alex back March 16th. Got the invoice with tracking number same day as payment, all cool.
I hadn't received it in a week, so I checked the tracking number, and it was still not shipped.
Had one text conversation with him on March 28th to inquire, got the story about the girlfriend with cancer and gave the benefit of the doubt. People come first, things second. But he assured me that he would take care of it, and I took him at his word. Then I forgot about it for a while. It sounded like he was having a rough time.
My wife mentioned it on May 23rd, so I texted him again to ask how things were... crickets. Then checked the tracking number and it showed a parcel being delivered on May 10 to San Fran CA... I am in Minnesota... sent another text, still nothing.
I have to wonder how a tracking number set up on March 16 to MN winds up being delivered May 10 to CA... and still nothing back from Alex. I do hope he is well. However, if he cannot fulfil the order (even if the money is gone too), he should at least have the integrity to inform his customers what happened.

Shout out to Asmcom. I ordered a ASUS drive from them June 19th, it was delivered on the 23rd. I put it in last night without a hitch.
