Sorry. I just learned a few days ago that the RS859x firmware belongs to a BD combo and not a BD writer (RS851x). So your drive can't be flashed. Only writers can be flashed for reading UHDs.

come on peter you have been messaging me and asmcom for weeks then you buy this you knew this would be the case your are out of luck for now
it will happen eventually but not today

I make order in asmcom, and they cancel my order after ~1,5 hour after order not give time time to pay, and now close site. I do not messaging asmcom for weeks, for one day or two maybe.
I tried to buy localy in my country but right no luck, why I bought it because on box on back sticker it had manufactuer date August 2022, but this unit was from customer return from UK (probably someone make fw upgrade and thats why he return it) and seller sell it in my country, so I return it without any problem to him also.
