Have you tried to delete makemkv folder where the fw dump and sdf bin is located ? It should recreate folder and make full dump once you run mmkv again and insert uhd disk.
I had a same issue with my drive. It worked afterwards
That's a somewhat extreme action I wouldn't recommend. The previous poster did the equivalent by moving any dump files, _private_data.tar, keydb.cfg (if present), and sdf.bin (if present) out of the folder. They then power cycled their optical drive and rebooted their computer. In many cases, that'll fix up problems, as it did for you. In their case, it did not solve the problem, unfortunately.

If you delete the whole folder, you'll lose any custom profiles you've made (in the .xml files) and any settings you changed (in the .conf files).

I'm not sure if this is fully related to the SDF update, but a few months ago my drive stopped working for any blu rays at all. After much troubleshooting and forum diving and trial and error I found that deleting my _private_data.tar file and turning off internet updates (to prevent MakeMKV from trying to download any SDF updates) was the only thing that worked to enable any blu ray ripping at all. I detailed some of the error codes in this thread.

I'm not too well-versed in this, but it does seem like something in the new SDF updates is interfering with my drive's ability to rip standard blu rays (haven't even gotten to the point of trying UHDs yet).

Things that did not work for me included power cycling my drive, manually installing the latest SDF.bin, updating my proxy to something like 8.8.8.8, checking all the connections in my drive and enclosure, trying out different discs, installing an older version of MakeMKV, manually opening all the disc's files before attempting to rip it, and deleting all the files in the makemkv folder (but keeping internet updates on).

Here's my current information:
