Just think! A company that sells UHD drives at a premium doesn't like to have (crippled) cheaper drives to be upgraded.

I've been unable to find/accertain any UHD movie "out-of-box" capable drives from Pioneer. Are there any such optical drives for PC from Pioneer, or anyone else?

Your only real option is to buy from one of the sellers who advertize on this forum.
