LG BD-RE BU40N Looking for firmware

Got an LG drive but where do I get the firmware to flash it? It sounds like I need version 1.0

When trying to flash the drive I am getting this error
Command produced error code 0x82052603

What firmware are you using and are you using enc?

Firmware is from link above zip file downgrade enabled firmware v.2. I am trying to flash DE_LG BU40N_1.00.bin with the SDFtool Flasher (v1.3.5). I am not familiar with what enc is?
