Read the pinned guides/info post in the respective forum sections. They are there to help answer these very common questions and help avoid problems/headaches where possible:

Forum search function will also return plenty of discussion on this as well and may help find answers quickly as well. Use it:

So you missed the part:

IMPORTANT Before you flash:

1. Make sure your Drive was built after 2015
2. Drive Platform MT1959<Most important
3. SVC NS50+ LG only
4. Just because your drive is the same model number does not mean it will work, if you are unsure ask me i offer remote flashing and check everything before i flash.
5. Dont flash your dive if it does not meet these requirements if you do you will be unable to read all disks and unable to restore without dosflash that does not work on most modern computers

from the stickie st4evr provided a link to?

Try the SDFtool method linked towards the bottom of this post:

Try this FW w/ the SDFTool. And are you rebooting the system after flashing?

Hmm. That was the extracted binary for LG BH16NS40 NS40 direct from LG... vintage 2014.

I find no other references to that error code searching the forum. I'm at a loss.

Well if they didn't do the win pe dos flash thing right
Like not move the cal data over by using the data mover tool they may have flashed a drive now with blank cal data so it will never read discs again now.

But some people have reported success using someone else's cal data but that is on mt 1959 I have not see anyone say that for mt1939 but there.

But if you did not use the data mover tool and just flashed the unmodified old image it won't hurt to try as you can't hurt it anymore

It may be fully bricked. If in the end not even the SDFTool can’t fix it as advised by Billy, move on and buy a new drive. And as we have advised countless of times by now in this forum, next time pay attention, to avoid going through this all over again.
