I bought the WH16NS40 from Amazon, "Condition: Used - Acceptable - Cosmetic imperfection(s) bigger than 1" on bottom or back of item. Missing manual. Item will come repackaged." I guess I learned a lesson here. I can return the item until 28 October 2021, which I shall do.
