Have you tried downloading the latest
KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and then restarting MakeMKV?
If this doesn't work, could you also make this TGZ dump file available here please, e.g. by uploading it into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive, and then providing a public download link? This would allow people to try adding your disk to the public KEYDB file.

Thank you for your response.
I tried again using the latest keydb.cfg, but I’m still getting the following error message:
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
DEBUG: Code 0 at `{q#WHE]"p5'4|CK:213132721
DEBUG: Code 0 at `{q#WHE]"p5'4|CK:213131341
Failed to open disc
