I've just submitted the dump for Criterion's 4K disc too.

We demand satisfaction!

Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and then restarting MakeMKV?

If this doesn't work, could you also make this TGZ dump file available here please, e.g. by uploading it into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive, and then providing a public download link? This would allow people to try adding your disk to the public KEYDB file.

See Public KEYDB Disc Submissions.

I have been trying to rip this 4K video for more than a week. Has anyone been able to rip it? Thanks.

Yes. I tried using lower case letters and upper case letters for the file name. When I downloaded the file, it was not zipped, so there was nothing to extract as mentioned in the instruction. My current drive is a Pioneer, which replaced my original LG drive.

AFAIK the latest KEYDB.cfg file does contain the 8C5E variant of this disk. Do you have a different variant? And if so, perhaps provide your TGZ dump file here please?

Can you upload that file into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive please, and then reply with a public download link? And also email it to svq@makemkv.com, of course.

I emailed the link to svq@makemkv.com on day 1. Unfortunately, I have never used OneDrive or Google Drive.
