Thanks for the dump, but can you also provide the AACS/MKB_RO.inf file from your physical UHD disk please? The copy of this file inside your dump file has been truncated to only 56 bytes, which makes it unusable to anyone except MakeMKV . (MKB_RO.inf files are actually very large, and so you would need to zip compress it. And probably upload it to somewhere like Google Drive or OneDrive and then provide a download link here.)

Thanks for providing this. Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?
