Could you also provide this dump here please, either as an attachment or via a download link? This would allow The Powers That KEYDB to try to help you as well.
FWIW there is already one entry for a "Lord of Illusions" disk in KEYDB anyway, and so you could also try downloading the KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV.
