You could attach the dump file here as it also may possibly be added to the KeyDB database.

I think that one is already in KEYDB.cfg already, so you should just need to copy it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restart MakeMKV.
