The E94E edition of Despicable Me 4 with disc ID 0xCBCD5826E71E9CCB83D07F2ACE796791CB58846F has been added to the public keydb file. It should work with your disc.

This is an ordinary BluRay, not a UHD disk. MakeMKV should therefore be able to decrypt it without you needing to email a dump file. Does your MakeMKV log mention anything about networking errors?

FWIW the latest KEYDB.cfg file also contains many entries for the non-UHD release of this title, so copying this file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV might still help you.

Thank you - this helped, am able to decrypt. I wasn't getting any network errors at the time though.
