The latest KEYDB.cfg contains this entry:

Does copying this file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV help?

Got a F3DA disc here, can confirm it decrypts with the latest keydb.

Mine was in the keydb, as well. I don't know what MakeMKV's hash is for it though. Disc ID: A8A75E7ABFE68799A7AB1771A55885186EA58D08

I'm using MKB20_v77_Godzilla_Minus_One_A43E.tgz and downloading KEYDB.cfg worked for me.
