"City on Fire" Arrow 4K UHD Dump Submitted

I've submitted the key dump for Arrow's recently released City on Fire 4K UHD.

Can you give me more detailed instructions on how to use this file?

To be honest, if you do not understand how to "use this file" (which was not uploaded here), you're not the target of the file.

The file in question is for those who can generate keys for disks, which would then be provided to users who are trying to rip said disks. If you're in the latter group, you just need to wait for the key to be created.

Could you upload your TGZ dump file into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive please, and then reply with a public download link? Maybe you have a variant of that disk that KEYDB hasn't seen yet?

My Arrow release was not encrypted after making a non-encrypted back-up to hdd I deleted the AACS folder and makemkv reads it just fine.

Just backing up the disc as the TGZ file is only 164KB

I selected decrypt when trying to back up the disc but a "Volume key is unknown" message

Ok that actually worked, in over 300+ UHD discs I have, I have never had to do this before, good to know for future though.

I can't remember where I read about this but they mentioned it may also effect a couple of other recent Arrow releases as well.

This still doesn't read so I submitted my dump in the public keydb thread.

EDIT: Creating a backup without decrypting the files, then deleting the AACS folder allowed me to rip my disc!
