Manually downloading the current keydb.cfg file and putting it in the C:\Users\<username>\.MakeMKV folder just worked for me for this disc (I'm using Windows 10).

I kept trying to rip it unsuccessfully for the past 2 days. I have the "Enable Internet access" box checked in Preferences/General, so I assumed the failures were caused by the key not being available. Maybe my ISP or something else has started to interfere with my online updates.

KEYDB is an optional alternative database of keys that MakeMKV can use, should it be available. MakeMKV has its own "hashed keys" database which it downloads automatically over the Internet, and is more convenient to use but also takes an unknown / unknowable length of time to acquire new keys.
