Dump submitted: Lord of the Rings Two Towers Extended Pt 2

Seems to be a missing key for Two Towers Pt 2, purchased in Scandinavia September 2021. A bit odd?

Have you tried copying the latest KEYDB.cfg file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

I tried to open the disc about 6 hours later and it then worked, I'm not sure why.
