Failed to open disc on Rocky Balboa

I purchased the 4k box set of Rocky, all 6 Rocky Movies. The last one, titled Rocky Balboa, failed to open. I have attached the proper file (I think?).

The latest KEYDB.cfg file already contains this disk. The reason MakeMKV cannot decrypt yours is because LibreDrive failed to enable for some unknown reason:
