Unknown volume key / Cannot open disc – Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 2 UHD

Hi, first of all sorry im a noob on this stuff but

I’m having an issue opening this UHD disc in MakeMKV.

Disc:
Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 UHD
(Italian title: Hunger Games – Il Canto della Rivolta Parte 2)

MakeMKV log shows the following:

Debug logging enabled, log will be saved as:
C:\Users\lucma.PCCASA\MakeMKV_log_1.txt

LibreDrive mode (v06.3 id=866A98CB9C4E)
Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.

The volume key is unknown for this disc. Video can't be decrypted.

From what I understand, this looks like an unknown volume key / AACS issue, rather than a Java issue or a normal read error.

Could someone confirm if this disc just needs support to be added?

You need to email that dump file to svq@makemkv.com. And could you also upload it into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive please, and then reply with a public download link? This would allow people to try adding your disk to the public KEYDB.cfg file too.

You could also try downloading SamuriHL's KEYDB Helper utility, to see if it can find your key for you.

hello! email sended, i fixed it ( hope its ok for me to say it) but using bdkey and xreveal to open and then makemkv.
