MakeMKV says "volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted" when trying to read discs from this set.
I am using the latest version of MakeMKV and a Pioneer BDR-S13U. Only these discs have this problem, others are fine. Can somebody let me know what information I can provide, and to who, to get this collection readable? Thanks.

Re: Rocky: The Ultimate Knockout Collection "Can't Be Decypted"
When you tried to rip the disk, there was a lot of information printed out in a few lines. Critical for getting a key was the file created (named ending in .TGZ), which should be sent to svq@makemkv.com for processing.
Critical to YOU is whether or not the key file is downloaded; If you get a message about not being able to fetch the HK file, that has to be resolved.
If you're able to retrieve the file, AND have submitted the .TGZ files for your disks, generally you can try ripping them every couple of days, to see if the key has been generated and posted.

Re: Rocky: The Ultimate Knockout Collection "Can't Be Decypted"
I did not get a message about being unable to fetch an HK file. I do indeed have that TGZ file, and I can generate one for all of the discs in this set very easily.
I will generate the TGZs for all of the discs and send them to that address. Thank you! I'll follow up in a week or so and see where we're at.

It's been about a week - how long does it usually take for a disc to be added to the list? I submitted all 6 discs on the 11th.
Re: Rocky: The Ultimate Knockout Collection "Can't Be Decypted"
Things seem to have been backed up lately. I'd check it every two or three days, but it might take another week or more. MakeMKV's author, who generates the hashed keys, doesn't post any status or queue depth or anything, so there's no way to know for sure how long it will take.
