Thanks! Just ran into the same missing volume key myself, hopefully this gets added over the next few days

Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

Just tried that, no luck unfortunately. This thread is tracking a few different versions of the disk, I'll follow up there too: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=36043

I haven't received any PMs, and 10 minutes ago, I downloaded the latest key.cfg, but I'm still not having luck.

Just out of curiosity, how long does it usually take? Is there something we can do to help? I would love to rip this to our NAS and rewatch it.

As I understand it, you only become able to send PMs once you've posted to the public forum several (three?) times. And I think your account must have existed for a day or more as well.

I've read your PM, but can't reply. I've sent the dump to svq@makemkv.com as instructed in the post about not uploading dumps in the forum. Maybe it landed in their spam?
