Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

I haven't received any PMs, and 10 minutes ago, I downloaded the latest key.cfg, but I'm still not having luck.
Just out of curiosity, how long does it usually take? Is there something we can do to help? I would love to rip this to our NAS and rewatch it.

As I understand it, you only become able to send PMs once you've posted to the public forum several (three?) times. And I think your account must have existed for a day or more as well.

I've read your PM, but can't reply. I've sent the dump to svq@makemkv.com as instructed in the post about not uploading dumps in the forum. Maybe it landed in their spam?
