You need to email that MKB20_v77_Alien-_Romulus_7591.tgz file to svq@makemkv.com. And could you also upload it into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive please, and then reply here with a public download link? This would help people try to add your disk to the public KEYDB.cfg file as well.
