Opera (1987) Severin Films 4K UHD V2 Dump

Just received my 4K replacement disc for Severin Films' 4K UHD of Dario Argento's Opera (1987) & MakeMKV is unable to open this one for me at this moment, so sent the dump file to the necessary place. Cheers!

Does copying this file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV help?

That's for the original Severin 4K disc and is incompatible with the newly circulating replacement 4K disc they're mailing out.
