Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

Yes. There is an entry for the movie, but it doesn't work for my disc.

I had used the tool to download and update the key file, but it wasn't working. After several attempts at opening the disc, and failing, it finally worked, without any further changes by me. Not sure why I had some failures, but it did sort itself out. Strange.
