Just got mine and it said it couldn't open disk and then said the volume key is unknown. This is from Grindhouse. Am I missing something?

Yes, it sounds like you're missing a volume key. You should first email your TGZ dump file to svq@makemkv.com. However, you can also try downloading the KEYDB.cfg file, copying in into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV.
