Thanks, I'm hoping this is enough . The discatt.dat file contains "disc attributes", which are extracted from the disk's "lead in" section before its UDF filesystem. The drive reads these attributes in while mounting the disk, and The Powers That MakeMKV/KEYDB need to know what they are before they can generate a database entry.

Ahem, I believe "MakeMKV" can "make .mkv files"... if that's what you're interested in...?
