Also a quick question if it's possible to get an answer here: Some of my discs can't be decrypted by my drive in my Linux distro but they can in Windows using the same drive (for this particular disc, neither could decrypt it). Could that be an issue with how the DB is set up or is this a generic issue that might need more troubleshooting from my side?

Some of my discs can't be decrypted by my drive in my Linux distro but they can in Windows using the same drive (for this particular disc, neither could decrypt it).

Linux file systems are case-sensitive, whereas Windows ones typically aren't. Which means that on Linux, the KEYDB.cfg file must literally be named "KEYDB.cfg", and not (say) "keydb.cfg".

This is the most likely explanation I can think of, for disks which have complete entries in KEYDB.cfg but not in MakeMKV's own "hashed keys" database.
